You need to keep an eye out for new businesses moving in, but once you get one or two accounts in a strip, the owners will
often help you out by letting you know when others are moving in, plus the owners all get to know each other, so this can
be an advantage for you. When you only have to walk next door to get to your next account, it's a great feeling.
Really cuts down on drive time too.

I haven't had much success at strip malls so far, lots of big name stores that all tell me "corporate handles that",
when I ask to leave a bid. I did get one account in a strip mall, and it would indeed be good to pick up some more right
next door, but so far no luck. I guess it depends which companies they are, maybe some companies are easier to get accounts
with? I have gotten a few new accounts, but they are scattered around a bit, I'll be trying to get more accounts closer
together like you said.

 Hey jw
Stick with it - it all take time (Rome wasn't built in a day) your
commercial work should always be done to a very high stand and regularly; by this i mean the same day and time for each visit
were possible.
its the little things like that gets you notice.

Hi Ade, Thanks, I definitely need and appreciate
any words of encouragement I can get. I am going to try to get my accounts closer together as I seem to be wasting too
much time stuck in traffic. Angry! Maybe I need to put my marketing efforts into one town or area at a time.

 Mr. hooster,
You may want to let your customers know that you are looking for more
work. i have had success with my clients getting me work if I offer them a free washing for a good lead. Also, we will leave a sticker on an empty site with our name and phone number. Something
small, maybe one inch by two inches. You can buy them at Staples or Office Max and then print out what you need from your
computer.

With This Window Cleaning Forum, You'll Avoid The
Seven Biggest Mistakes Most Window Cleaners Make That Can Waste Valuable Time, Sap Profits And Kill
Your Business In The Long Haul!
A window cleaning forum, or message board,
is an online discussion site. It originated as the modern equivalent of a traditional bulletin board and a technological evolution
of the dialup bulletin board system.
A window cleaning forum is a web application comprised of managing user-generated
content. Users participating in the window cleaning forum may cultivate social bonds and interest groups
for a topic made from the discussions.
Early window cleaning forum platforms, in general,
could be described as a web version of a newsgroup or electronic mailing list (many of which were commonly called Usenet);
allowing people to post messages and comment on other messages. Later developments emulated the different newsgroups or individual
lists, providing more than one forum, dedicated to a particular topic.
A window cleaning forum
performs a function similar to that of dial-up bulletin board systems and Usenet networks that were common from the late 1970s
to the 1990s. Early web-based forums date back as far as 1996. A sense of virtual community often develops around forums that
have regular users.
Window cleaning forums are governed by a set of individuals, collectively referred to as staff,
made up of administrators and moderators, which are responsible for the forums' conception, technical maintenance, and policies
(creation and enforcing).
There are generally a list of rules detailing the wishes, aim and guidelines of the
forums creators. Rules on a window cleaning forum usually apply to the entire user body and often have preset exceptions,
most commonly designating a section as an exception.
Window cleaning forum rules are maintained
and enforced by the moderation team, but users are allowed to help out via what is known as a report system. Moderators
will generally frown upon attempts of moderation by non-moderators, especially when the would-be moderators do not even issue
a report.
